We've created a list of frequently asked questions to help you!

We built this online shop to showcase our products to you and are pleased to offer you three simple options for placing an order.

1. Online order using our secure Paypal checkout (your CC details are NOT stored on our site).

2. Phone your order through on our dedicated Home Delivery mobile 0480 259 673.

3. Email your order through our here.

Home delivery is offered Monday to Friday* (excluding Public Holidays).

Orders placed by 11:00am Monday to Friday will be delivered the same day.

Orders placed outside of the above times will be delivered the following day or if order is placed on a Friday delivery will be the following Monday.

*At this stage there are no weekend deliveries. Depending on demand this may change.

If your suburb isn't listed, please give us a call 0480 259 673 and we may be able to accommodate.

Delivery is free within the suburbs listed above. If your suburb is outside the delivery area please contact us on 0480 259 673 for more information.

Orders close at 11:00am after which the delivery run will be scheduled. You will be notified by text when to expect your delivery within a 2 hr time frame.

Depending on your location and the number of deliveries this could be up to 6:00pm at night. If you are not going to be home please leave an esky out with ice or instructions of where the order should be left.

We are happy to work with you to organise the best time for your delivery or deliver to your business location if that suits better and is within the delivery suburbs.

We aim to deliver to you when you are at home or if you prefer (and it's within our delivery area) to your business location.

If not, and you have access to an esky or outdoor fridge we will leave the order if you are happy for us to do so.

Depending on how you place your order we have the following options in place to pay for your order:

Online - you will pay through our secure Paypal gateway so none of your CC details are stored on our servers. If you require variable weight products that do not have a specific amount listed, we will contact you via phone to pay via EFTPOS over the phone or you can pay the additional amount via mobile EFTPOS or cash on delivery.

Phone - once your order is picked and packed you will be contacted to pay via EFTPOS over the phone or you can pay via mobile EFTPOS or cash on delivery.

Email - once your order is picked and packed you will be contacted to pay via EFTPOS over the phone or you can pay via mobile EFTPOS or cash on delivery.

Great question! A lot of products we have been able to portion control so you can order directly online.

However, we also have a number of products where it's not possible to list all the variable weights.

These products include roasts, whole cuts and some seafood items. We ask you to contact us with your requirements and place your order over the phone (0480 259 673) to ensure accuracy in pricing your order. Payment for these products can be via EFTPOS over the phone or you can pay via mobile EFTPOS or cash on delivery.
