Garlic Chicken Kiev – Free Range

Crumbed free range chicken breast stuffed with garlic butter.

Cooking instructions:

Place kiev onto grease proof paper on an oven-proof tray. Spray with a small amount of Olive Oil. Once oven is heated place kiev in oven and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees for a juicy tender meal. Note: You can also quick fry the kiev in butter for a few minutes to coat the crumbs and then place into the oven to finish.
