Our moisture infused pork medallions have taken a tasty twist. Pocketed with chorizo sausage, tomato, English spinach & butcher’s special cream cheese filling, drizzled with EV Olive oil, wrapped in prosciutto, and topped with a spinach leaf and semi-dried tomato.
Pre-heat oven to 180°c. Place the pork on baking paper and bake for approx 35 minutes. Enjoy!
