Porterhouse, also known as a New York Cut, is a tender steak best done on a BBQ or in a skillet. Cook till the blood reaches the top, flip it, cook for 3 more minutes and rest. Porterhouse is a firmer textured steak, best served medium rare. Our port wine & garlic marinade is extremely popular.
